The Ultimate Vampire Resource and Directory

It is time to leave,

My friends in the light of day.

To return to what I know,

To that which is dark and grey.



I was cast out of the light,

And thrown into a world of dismay.

To fall back into a bright world again,

To crawl back into my world of decay.



For those that know what I speak of,

And for those that think they know.

There is only one way out,

This place will welcome both friend and foe.



I have spent,

Most of my life there.

It looks like.

I will be once again here.



Many climb out,

Some fall back.

Most try to make the best of it,

And a few don't have the knack.



All that can be said,

All that can be done.

Will never be heard,

By the true one.



If you think,

It is easy to understand.

Then you have never truly been there,

And you were led by your hand.



We,

Of the darkness.

Speak of life,

A life in bleakness.



We are not dead,

Just on the inside.

Everything seems to be well,

On only the outside.



For those of you,

Who know what I mean.

Try to find your way out,

If not I might be seen.



I want to be,

Wrapped up in the dark of time.

I find safety there,

No one will stop me this time.



I may be wrong,

I may be right.

This may be my ramblings,

Due to someone turning on the light.

From this life of hatred.

The misery,

Is calling.

The darkness,

Is beckoning.



I'm a bruised,

And darkened soul.

Some say my inner self,

Is black as coal.



But my life,

Took a turn for the better.

If it wasn't for love,

I would have stayed a cutter.



I have waited,

For just one to care.

Sometimes life is lonesome,

So I found my 'Love' very rare.

Where the beast sleeps.

Would they dare to wake it?

Would they dare go that deep?



I know where,

The beast sleeps at.

I know how to give it,

A gentle pat.



The beast lies,

Within all of us.

We just have to learn,

Not to release it on all.

Once again,

Darkness fills my soul.

And this feeling of emptiness,

Is now whole.



What has happened,

To me this time.

It came out of nowhere,

It hit my soul with the right chime.



I am happy,

With this life I am in.

But I am falling,

Into this darkness again.



Where am I at this time?

This time in my existence.

I thought I was far away,

Far away in the distance.



Now I see,

No matter how far I run.

That I must turn and face it all,

Or nothing will get done.



Everyone has told me,

That I will be nothing.

But I am more than that,

I am just someone waiting.
